The Optika SLX is a versatile binocular stereo microscope, tailored to meet the specific needs of our research. It offers a zoom range of 0.7-4.5x with 10x/21 eyepieces, providing detailed and precise observation capabilities. Equipped with both incident and transmitted light sources, the SLX ensures optimal illumination for diverse sample types such as thin slides and unprepared sediments. Our Optika SLX comes with an advanced Optika camera and software, enabling the capture of high-resolution photos and videos. This functionality is essential for the detailed analysis of sediments and microfauna in our research.
